We want you to experience NEXUS PULSE with confidence. If the product is not right for you, our Returns Policy explains how to send it back during your try-before-you-buy period without being charged the keep price.
1. Trial period
Your trial begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to decide whether to keep NEXUS PULSE. If you initiate a return within this window and meet the conditions below, you will not be charged the keep price.
2. How to start a return
- Email support@nexusbud.org with your order number and the email used at checkout.
- We will provide a prepaid return label or return instructions for your region.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Ship the return within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
3. Condition requirements
To qualify for a trial return without charge:
- Include earbuds, charging case, USB-C cable, ear tips, and carry pouch unless otherwise instructed.
- Return items in reasonable condition with no intentional damage.
- Remove personal accounts or device pairings before returning.
- Do not return products that have been modified, altered, or misused.
We may assess a fee for missing components or damage beyond normal trial use. We will notify you before charging any such fee.
4. Refunds and charges
Under the try-before-you-buy model, no product charge is collected at shipment. If you return within the trial period in acceptable condition, no keep-price charge will be applied. If you keep the product beyond the trial window or fail to return it as required, the keep price displayed at checkout may be charged to your payment method on file.
Original shipping is free for qualifying trial orders. Return shipping is prepaid when we issue a label. If you choose an unauthorized return method, we are not responsible for transit loss or delay.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange color (Midnight Black or Arctic White) instead of returning, contact support within the trial period. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and must be initiated before the trial ends.
6. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive the wrong product or a defective unit, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full resolution at no cost, including return shipping where applicable.
7. Non-trial purchases
If a product is sold outside the try-before-you-buy program, separate return rules shown at checkout will apply. Unless stated otherwise, opened audio products may be returned within 14 days in original condition for a refund minus applicable shipping and restocking costs.
8. International returns
Return methods may vary by country. Customers outside the United States may receive region-specific return instructions. Customs duties paid on import are generally non-refundable by NEXUS Audio; contact your local customs authority for guidance.
